One fight in wspace the last two months. I'm gonna wait and see how this goes. Do people a favor; don't mislead them. They look at this list for a place to experience wspace. They're not looking here for corps/alliances that keep a foot in wspace to farm.

@CivilWars - tremendous respect for leveling with the community. True, wspace fights are harder to come by these days, but we're aiming to change that. We've had success ourselves, though.

I mean, I just looked at everyone's w-space kill history, going back a few months even, and removed those who've performed poorly. I mean, last month you killed less than 30bil in w-space. Doing better this month, but I'd give it another month and see if you can sustain that level of activity. Was there something else making you "notable"? Honest question.

Being mad at not making this list is laughable. It's just a list - it doesn't give make you "notable".
I'll tell you what... From now on, those requesting to be put on this list must include what it is that makes them notable.
I'm only maintaining this list as a courtesy. I'm not going to dig deep to find a reason to keep you here. |

Please comprehend everything I've written. Did I not ask what he considers notable about his corp/alliance? That was pretty much an offer to get them back on the list. I also added that condition to OP, which effectively lowers whatever standards this thread inherited.
And, yes, it just happens to be a higher kill rate that made the current members notable. You can be notable for other things, of course, but I've yet to see any other type apply.
So, if you're all done trying to **** on this list because you were denied it, remember that you did see it as something you wanted to be an item on. There's one simple requirement now, because of this bickering; what makes yours a notable corp or alliance? |

@Xtrah - give me some credit - I dug deeper than that, looking at WORMHOLE kills, etc. There are a couple handfuls who outperform TDSIN who aren't even on this list. It's not my job to find notability for them. Maybe being around so long counts toward that? I don't know, but I did ask them what made them notable; no response. I went so far as to ask Natasha Donnan to add Wingspan so I have some evidence of some impact they have on w-space. It's all I have to go on, really.

This is what "Join W-Space" is for. There's a player-submitted list of notable and lesser known corps in the MOTD.

Seriously, though... Why are you telling me? You haven't been following, huh? Have you gone back and read the OP? I've even mentioned it being updated. Like... I'm trying harder than I need to for this ******** list.
Kill stats - they're my only metric, which is why I've added the new requirement in OP. I know it's not just about KB stats, but that's all I have to go by. I'm not going to do any more work than I already am. People who want on this list can declare their points of notability. I had Adhoc up there for a while, despite being more/less inactive, because they actually had people teaching w-space skills.
I've removed one more - the others fill a niche geographical area or have actually killed quite a bit. IT'S ALL I HAVE TO GO BY, LOLOL.
Waiting for the next person to say how much notability is not defined by KB stats. |
